About:Year of the Rooster

Would that be beneficial for me? My D.O.B is 1981 March 13.

I am a student. Now i want to change my college and program and also my city in months of June and July. Please answer my questions so that i can do better for my future.

July is a good month to you. However, you should think twice before you take action. Once you change your college and progam, you shouldn't regret. Instead, you need to do everything you can to finish your program in your new college. If you can't, it's likely that you may fail at last.
