About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my sister want my mother and younger to go there. what visa where going to apply?

I have sister married Chinese since 2012 live in Hunan province. is there's no complex to age of my mother cause she's 71 yes old now.

If it's a short visit, you just need to simply apply for the tourist L type. If you wish to stay long, then apply for an S type. There is no age limit for applicants. Don't worry about it.
