Do the buses also travel out to Hong Kong from Guangzhou on a Monday?

Of course. Many buses are scheduled for this route every day. The buses can easily be taken in front of the Garden Hotel, Rosedale Hotel & Suites, Guangzhou Hotel and Dongfang Hotel.
