going to yantai china from south korea

i am currently working here in south korea and want to visit yantai for 10 days with my chinese friend. can i apply for a visa here in korea?

Yes, you can apply from South Korea. Apart from the ordinary application documents, you will also be required to submit the original and photocopy of your ARC card.
