visa exempted when visit Guilin

Hi,
i saw the news that entry permit is exempted if i visit Guilin, China less than 6 days with minimum 2 person, can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks

Yes, it is a newly implemented policy. To make use of this policy, you should contact a qualified travel agency and join in a tour group organized by it. I'm not sure about whether the minimum group member number is two or five. You can confirm this with the agency.
