About:Shenzhen North Railway Station

Tickets to Guilin at 7:20am. What time should I be at the station

First time in China. Traveling with wife and 2 daughters. I bought online my tickets to pickup at ticket counter

Thank you Nating. According to the website the ticket office are open from 6:30am to 11:20pm.
Since our train departures at 7:20am I guess is a good idea to go and get the printed tickets the day before right? I'm assuming that 50 minutes (6:30 to 7:20) are not gonna be enough time
