(z) working type employer is qualified for recruiting foreigners

Question

Hello,I would like to know how to find out employer is qualified for recruiting foreigners ?If the employer never hired a foreigners before and but now they want to hire foreigners so what company needs to do to get permission for hiring foreigners and prepare all working documents.Company is quite big operating since 10 years  with turnover of $20 million every year and  mainly in export business but company don't know how to complete legal formalities to hire foreigner and give him work visa documents.Thank you for your advise, we really appreciate

Mike, if the company is a foreign-invested enterprise, it can hire foreigners by applying a permit at the labor department. If it's an ordinary priviate company in China, it's required that the registered capital should not be less than one million Yuan. The company can confirn whether it qualifies for recruiting foreingers with the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
