The way of MTR + buis costs around 13.5 HKD per person. Here is the route:
walk to Tsim Sha Tsui station to take Tsuen Wan line to Prince Edward. There you can easily transfer to Kwun Tong line and get off at Kowloon Bay. Nearby you can take green minibus no. 86 to the cruise terminal directly.0
