hi, may i take subway line 3 in baiyun airport to guangzhou railway station?

No, line 3 cannot directly take you there. Here is the route:
take line 3 to Jiahe Wanggang and transfer to line 2 to the train station. It takes around 35min and costs CNY7 per person.
