Shangli ancient town-Bifeng transport

Hi there, please can anybody know which one is chepeast transport from Shangli ancient town to Bifeng Gorge Base? and how much time take to get there?

I heard tourist buses are available between the two scenic area and it takes around 40min. If you fail to take that, it is easy to hire a car outsitde the spot, because it is only 16-17km between them.
