About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

hi i bought 1 way ticket from shenzhen to Beijing and from Beijing to honkong

because it was cheaper. Can I still get the 72 hour free transit? i will only be in Beijing for 1 day

I have a 5 day visa for Shenzhen.

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot get the 72 hour free transit. By saying "5-day visa for Shenzhen", do you mean the Shenzhen VOA? If yes, you should apply for a normal entry permit at the local police and go to Beijing with it. Otherwise, you are not allowed to go out of Shenzhen with the VOA.
