Jade Restaurant, Star House,TST, MTR to Sheung Wan Stn & Bus 15 from the Peak to HK MTR Stn

Please advise on: 1)how to get to Jade Garden Restaurant at Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui from Star Ferry pier;

2)how do we take the MTR back from Intercontinental Hotel, TST, to Sheung Wan MTR Station; and

3)from the Peak, Central, where do we catch the Bus 15? Can we take Bus 15 to Hong Kong MTR
station?
