Travel to Guangdong Road the Bund

I will arrive Pudong Airport at 10:00pm and by the time I collect my luggage the last Metro would have departed. What is the best and easiest travel method to Guangdong Road the Bund.

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus line 2 to City Termial Building (Jing'an Temple) first. The last schedule of this line is at 23:00. The ticket fare is CNY 22 per person.
After arriving, take a taxi to the destination directly. The cab fare is CNY 20 to 30 in the night.
