Can you tell me details about the best beach area in Shanghai?

Do the tourists need any extra procedures to visit there?

Well, Jinshan City Beach wins high popularity recently. This place attracts lots of people every summer. It's about 45 miles away from the city center.
There is no special procedures for foreigners. After purchasing the entrance ticket, you can enter the beach area. :-)
