can i send face powder ,concealer,and hair dye to my daughter in china?

Kim, first you need to contact local post office and make sure that they can send these parcels. Second, you'd better not post more than CNY 1000 cosmetics. Third, the customs will impose 50 percent tax if they find out what you post.
