About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

I'm traveling to Shanghai on 14 December

it will be very cold or snow during that month?What do I need to bring? such as gloves or down jacket in Shanghai will be very expensive or not?Thank you

According to the previous statistics, the temperature of December is 38 F to 50 F.
It's cold but no chilly. So don't worry. The possibility of snowing is small.
You can bring overcoats, jackets, pants and scarves.
The clothes in this city are not expensive. Most of them have reasonable and accpetable prices.
