Arrival from Shenzhen and departure from HG airport

Hello,
I'll be traveling from Shenzen thru Lo Wu Station to Yau Ma Tei and then I'm staying 3 days in HG and fly back from HG Airport to Europe.
What ticket shall I buy.
Single ride from Lo Wo to Sheung Shui
and then Airport Express Pass for future ride?
Thank you

According to your situation, it's suggested to buy HK Airport Express Travel Pass.
It contains one or two Airport Express single journey(s) and 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR. So it wil save some money from transportation.

And yes, this card doesn't contain East Rail Line. You need to pay for this route seperately.

Thanks. What counts as a 'day' for the travel pass? Is it a 24-hour period or does it end at 11.59 pm on the day you first use the MTR, even if your first trip is at 10 pm?

And is it not possible to buy a day travel pass for the MTR on the Octopus card after that?

Actually, it refers to the consecutive 72 hours since the first use on MTR (AE Train ride is excluded). After the 72 hours, you can top up the travel pass to use it as a regular Octopus Card. It is not need to buy other cards.
