Harbin skiing and sightseeing

I am thinking of going in October
Will there be any ice sculpture and activities at that time of year

Well, I'm afraid that you cannot see ice sculptures at that time.
Generally speaking, tourists will see all kinds of ice sculptures in December and January. Octobr is still not cold enough for these.
So maybe you can change the travel plan.

There is no snow in October too. The best time to ski there is middle November to next late March.

I'm afraid it is too early in Oct. when all ski resorts are still close. They usually open during mid to late Nov. If possible, change your travel plan.
