We will stay at Regal Oriental Hotel. Is there any free shuttle to in town check in?

As I know, HK Station and Kowloon Station provide in-town check-in service.
Kowloon Station is nearer to your hotel.
You can take bus no.203 E to Kowloon Railway Station Bus Terminus directly. The duration is about half an hour. And the ticket fare is 5.1 HKD per person.0
