Yanwen post - please help

Hi,
I wanted to know which carrier they use after reaching Malaysia the product from Malaysia? I'm not being able to track after it reached Malaysia..so who I should contact for it? Thank you

Parixit, Yanwen is an express company. They acually ask China Post to send their parcels to the addressees. China Post's parcels are sent to you via your national Post. You should visit local post office in your area for help.
