which the schedule of the buses between Tianzi Mountain in Wulingyuan and city center. There are some bus at 6pm or 7pm ?

Well, yes. I remember the buses from Wulingyuan to ZJJ operate from 06:30 to 19:30, so you may catch a bus at that time. Go and check the timetable further on the spot.
