Well, you can take a taxi from your hotel, get off at City Railway Station.
Then there are tourist buses line 5 at the East Square that can take you to the Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horse directly.
The schedules are from 07:00 ~19:00 with an interval of about 15 minutes. It takes around 40 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per person.
