About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

Luggage on Hong Kong Buses

I will have two average size suitcases. Will it be possible to take in the Bus to go Hotel Skylark, Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Yes, if they are average size like you said, there is no problem. Don't worry about that.

By the way, you can take the shuttle bus E42 to Greenfield Court, and then walk few mins to your hotel. The bus fare is HKD13.9 and the duration is about 75 mins.
