Collecting Tickets Earlier at a Different Station

Hi there, due to time constraints, am I able to collect my ticket 2 days earlier at a different station (i.e. Shanghai Main Station for a trip starting at Shanghai Hongqiao Station)?

No problem! As long as you have the pick up number, you can do it at any day.

Thanks Catherine! Just another question (sort about that!), is there a station at Pudong airport (PVG) I can collect the ticket from?

Pudong airport is far from all the stations andno place for the pick up. You can choose to find one near your hotel etc. Usually if you are in the city center, SH station would be the closer one.
