just want to ask about the health check form that we need to submit to the bureau.
Hi,
my health check is already been signed by the doctor here in my country and it is already in chinese form since his the only doctor that can sign those form as for visa purposes. the bureau ask for another stamp from the hospital. is it okay to put the stamp of the chinese doctor and the stamp of the hospital in the back portion of the paper? thanks
