Lynne, you can take it. However, I suggest you get an prescription from your doctor to avoid potential troubles at the customs.

To be clear this was not a question from Lynne M Wilkins From the Waikato region of NZ. I don't use those medications and I don't want this exchange to become a reason for me to be stopped at the border. I think you've been given good advice though. Thanks.
