please tell me how can i apply tourist visa for hongkong. Can I apply at mumbai?

i want to visit hong kong for weekend for 2 days 2 nights only. i stay in gujarat. i can apply at mumbai before applying i should buy air tkt and i should have hotel booking also. thanking you.
