papers for patient/medical purpose?

i am planning to avail a medication from one of the hospitals in china, what are the required documents needed to gain access?

Jiji, then you need to contact a hospital and then ask them to send you an invitation letter. Afterwards, you need to submit your passport, filled application form, a passport photo and the invitation letter to apply for S2. Besides, if it is your first time that you apply for Chinese visa, then you need to provide financial proof, such as recent six months bank statement.
