and climate there and is the city best for living ?

Fengtongzhai Nature Reserve, Chinese Giant Panda Preserving Base of Bifengxia and Menngshan Mountain are popular scenic areas. You can go and see.
About the climate, the annual average temperature there is around 61F. So it's an ideal place to live. And the local people are friendly. You can get along with them very well. The only problem is that there is few expats.0
