Is there anyone studying in Ocean University of China with Chinese Government Scholarship?

I want to know which type of accommodation is provided to Chinese Government Scholars who study PhD at Ocean University of China.

Well, I only find some information of ordinary accommodation for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The university official website has English version. You can look through and get more details.
