About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus Service

Dear Sir,

I am R.Saravanan from India staying in Tsim Sha Tsui - Chunking Mansion, i having my return flight ticket to India on 16-June-15, is i am eleigible to use the Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus Service (Free of Cost), if so kindly provide the nearest location of boarding point of the bus.

Well, only airport express passengers can enjoy the free service and take free shuttle bus to get to the hotel.

You can also take the free shuttle bus from your hotel to Kowloon or HK Station. Then transfer to AE train to HKIA. So the criteria is simple. You need to take the AE train if using the service.
