Free and easy one day tour in Hong Kong

I will be staying overnite on 19 June 2015 one of the hotels in Jaffe Road so I can go on a free and easy one day tour. I will like to go to Lantau Island, Victoria Peak, Mongkok and Avenue of stars which will be my last destination so that I can watch the Symphony of Lights. I will be grateful if you could advise on the directions on bus and tram to my destinations. Please advise on the route on which place to go first so that I will not waste time and be able to cover all those places I had mentioned.

Hey, the recommended itinerary is Lautau Island – the peak – Mong Kok – Tsim Sha Tsui.

Jaffe Road is a long road. Without knowing your exact location, here is the general transportation route: walk to Causeway Bay MTR station to take Island Line to Center. Then walk to HK Station to take Tung Chung line and get off at Tung Chung Station. Walk 3-5min to the cable car station to take the cable car onto Lantau Island for sightseeing. You can spend 3-4 hours there.

Afterwards, use the same way back to Central Station. Walk to Garden Road to take the peak tram to the peak, where you can also spend 3-4h. After sighteeing, take the peak tram back to Center and take Tsuen Wan MTR line to Mongkok. The distance between Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui is not far. You can walk between in around half an hour. You can take a walk or take Tsuen Wan line to reach.

Please well arrange your time. If time is top limited, just give up Mongkok, which is the same with TST to some degree for dining and shopping matters.
