About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

free porter service

can we use free porter service at airport station and then at Kowloon station to transport luggage from train to shuttle bus.. is shuttle bus far from train station. We are travelling with two kids, is MTR convenient for this?

Well, only airport express passengers can enjoy free porter service.
The shuttle bus of the hotel aren't far away from the airport express station. Don't worry.
