Where can I take the touristic Sightseeing bus in Harbin ? Any stop near Saint Sophia church ?

Yes, as I know, the nearest one is located at Tongzhou Wet Land Transportation Hub Station.
It's about 1.8 miles away from the church.
From the church, you can take a taxi to get to. The fare is about CNY 10.
