Do Malaysian APEC Card member need to apply a visa?

Dear Sirs,
I have read through the APEC card holder privileges and have some doubt about the requirement for Malaysian APEC card holder to enter China.
APEC card holder requirement - Foreign nationals require a F type to visit, teach, do business, or for cultural, scientific or technological exchanges for less than 6 months in PRC. China allows streamlined entry for foreign nationals with an APEC Business Travel Card for 2 months.

I got to know from your website last year that The APEC Business Travel Card is regarded as a multiple entry one valid for three years. With this card and relevant passport, the holder is entitled to enter for many times within three years. The duration of each stay should be within 2 months.

Please clarify.
Thank you.

Hi there! The APEC Business Travel Card is a substitute of a multiple-entry permit valid for 3 years. A card holder who presents a valid passport whose image and biometric data exactly matches that on the APEC Business Travel Card can enter China multiple times during the validity of the card for a stay of no more than 2 months each time.
