What bus goes to xian airport from the Bell Tower?

There is no direct bus going from Bell Tower to the airport, you can take a taxi from Bell Tower to Longhai Hotel at a cost of around CNY10. In front of the hotel, you can take the airport shuttle bus to the airport directly (CNY26).
