Hi, I'm planning to study mandarin in Dezhou. Is it safe for foreign students?

Will you recommend this city for foreign students to study mandarin? Is it a comfortable place to live?

Yes, this city is a civilized city. And the local people are friendly. Even though you cannot speak Chinese, you can also get along with them very well. So don't worry. And it's a nice place to live and study. :) You can talk to the local people or join a Mandarin Traning School to learn Chinese. Everything is going well. Take it easy!
