Extension/Renew M Type VISA in China

Hello,
I am a Malaysian & currently working in Macau. I am carrying a M Type which allows multiple entry within a year that going to expire on 8th July 2015. I wish to apply for renewal for my M Type without go back Malaysia because I can not stay too long and left my work unattended in Macau.
Is there any way that I could renew it in Macau or other places like Zhuhai?
How many days I would need to stay to get the renewal approve if there is no China Visa Application Centre in Macau?

Saiken, as you are now working in Macau, I think you have obtained residence permit there, yes? If so, you can apply for another M type at the Commissioner Office of PRC Foreign Affaris Ministry in Macao. The processing takes four business days.

Hi Diana, yes I have got the Work/residence permit in Macau and renewable every 6 months. I just realised there is a PRC Commissioner Office in Macau today. I am trying to call them to enquire about the requirement & all necessary documents to apply another M Type but it seems that either nobody is answering the call or engage the whole day. Will try again tomorrow.
