No train connects Macao and HK. You are suggested to take ferry from HK-Macao Ferry Terminal, and the travel time is about 55 mins.

If you are going to stay four days, you don’t need to apply for a visa. Philippians can stay in Macao 30 days visa free.

From 07:00 – 23:59, every 15 mins, there is a ferry available.
In Macao, there is no train to Guangzhou, you need to take a taxi or bus to Gongbei border. Pass the border, you will reach Zhuhai. Then walk to the Zhuhai Railway Station, where you can take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South. From 10:00 to 22:45, every 20 – 30 mins, there is a train available. The fare is CNY90 for the first class seat and CNY70 for a second class seat.

To Guangzhou, you need to apply for a visa in advance.
