I'd suggest you take Airport Express to Kowloon Station in around 25min at a cost of 90HKD/12USD. Then walk to the driveway entrance of G/F AEL Kowloon Station in-town check-in counter to take the free shuttle bus of the hotel to reach there in around 20min.1

It is also fine to take airport shuttle bus, Shereen. Near the airport, you can find bus no. E21. By that, you should get off at Ming Kei College, Cherry Street bus stop. Then walk northwards along WEST Kowloon Corridor West for 3-5min to find your hotel. In this way, it takes around 75min and costs 14HKD.0
