Problems with Bosses at work: Born on 4th July 1983

Recently I have a problems with my boss at work and I do not foresee any future prospect staying with the company. I have stayed in this company for 8 years. Is it advisable for me to change job? I do have an upcoming offer however, based on what I read above, it is said that No job change is suggested.

Yes, you are suggested not to change a job in this year, but if you have better option, you can switch it in the latter half of the year. Befor giving up on the job, you need to do a research about new job, change may do some good to you.
