About:Embassy & Consulates of India in China

Jegan from India,, My passport seems to be little damaged,,

Sir,, Am holding M Visa,, can I apply for new passport at China,, Please advise the formalities

Jagan, you can apply for a new passport in China, but you should first confirm with the embassy that you can get it before you came back to India. The following documents/papers are required to be submitted:
•Application form No. EAP-I.
•Current passport and additional booklets, if any.
•Four recent coloured (with white back ground) passport size photographs
•Photocopies of the first page, last page and the valid M Visa page

It is an application form which you can download from the website of the embassy.
