About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival for Indonesian passport holder

Hello, I am Indonesian passport holder. I am planning to visit Aquatech Exhibition 2015 in Shanghai on 10th of June for just 3 days (will leave Shanghai on 13 June at 01:20 ). Could I get VOA or Transit permit?

Haridas, in normal cases, Shanghai Immigration does not issue VOA. My suggestion is first getting contact with the immigration office and inquire whether you can get the VOA by providing an invitation letter from the exhibition organizer. If they say you can get it, it would be great. If not, you should apply for one at the CVASC center in Indonesia and use the urgent service.
