Hongkong/ Macau visa procedure for Nepalese pasport holder living in China with residence permit?

Hello: Could you please tell me how to obtain visit type for Hongkong and Macau for Nepalese passport holder who has been living in mainland China for last 5 years and holds residence permit as a PhD student. I would like to visit hongkong and macau in holidays and please kindly guide where to apply for visa.Thank you.
