About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Slow Temporary Residence Permit Application Process

I just got my working type. My employer is very slow in getting the paperwork together. What happens after 30 days, if my employer is unable to procure the temporary residence permit for me? Will I have to leave China? And then, will (can) I (have) to apply for a new working visa, or will I have to apply for another category due to lack of time to put the paperwork for the application together again?

Martin, your Z type is just valid for 30 days. If you fail to acquire the temporary resident permit within 30 days, then you need to leave and reapply for the Z type and resident permit.

Thank you martin yeah your ryt i need to ho back or else stay here buy need to pay 500 a day ..
