About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

BNE-CAN CAN-AKL. Does the Visa apply to me?

I fly from Australia to Guangzhou and (I have a pit stop/connecting flight in Hong Kong). I plan to stay in Guangzhou for 72 hours and then I fly to New Zealand.

Yes, your route is ok for 72 hours free transit. However, you need to make sure that you flights won't stop by any other Chinese cities.

I already made it clear. Your route seems fine but you have to make sure that your arrival and departure flights won't stop by any other Chinese cities. You know, some foreigners were refused for this reason.
