Oh, first of all, this city doesn't have airport.
You are advised to take a flight to Shanghai Pudong International Airport first.
Upon arrival, take airport shuttle bus line 5 to Shanghai Railway Station, then go to the opposite long-distance bus station to take a bus to the destination city. Duration of the long-distance bus is about 2-2.5 hours and ticket fare is about CNY50; there are 16 departures per day from 07:05 to 18:40.
Or you can take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Hongqiao Railway Station upon landing, then take a high speed train to the city. But there are only two tains per day, one at 07:10 and the other at 18:05.
