Oh, from the Bell Tower, you can take subway line 2, get off at City Library Station. Then you can find tourist bus no. 4, and arrive at the scenic spot directly. The schedules respectively are 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00. And the ticket fare is CNY 2 per person.
