Tainan HSR station & Tainan railway station

Any difference between the two stations? How how far are both the station from Tainan University & Cheng Kung Univerisity and how to get there. How to reach the destination from the respective station? Thanks.

These are different train station. The HRS Station operates high-speed trains, and the Tainan railway station mainly operates normal-speed trains.
To HSR Train Station
From Tainan University: You can walk to Koxinga Shrine (Zheng Chenggong Museum) to take the bus No. 7658 to to the railway station directly.
From Cheng Kung University: there is no direct bus, the easiest way is to take a taxi.

To TainanTrain Station
From Tainan University: It is about 0.8 miles, you can choose to walk or take a taxi to reach.
From Cheng Kung University: It is about 0.6 miles walking distance, you can cover this distance on foot.
