You can take city bus no. 973 at Wong Chuk Hang San Wai, Wong Chuk Hang Road, get off at Peking Road, Kowloon Park Drive. It takes around 55 mins on the way. And it costs 11.1 HKD per person.
After that, walk northeast around 300 yards to arrive at Tsim Sha Tsui Station.0

Right at the entrance of the park, you can take bus no. 629 to Central or Admiralty. Then walk to Central or Admiralty MTR staion to take Tsuen Wan line to TST directly.0
